Honestly Stefan, adjust your attitude. You're in customer oriented business, and your image will make and break you.
I'm really upset by the service from Stefon this morning. He doesn't recognize me, but he managed the Panera I worked for years ago. I'm visiting because I wanted to try breakfast, but instead received a healthy dose of his morning attitude. It was management acting this way that makes me hesitant to EVER visit any Panera. Great to see nothing changes.
Pretty busy. Decent as usual. French onion soup is really sweet. Not a fan

Everytime I have been in this store they have been out of bread bowls. Then when I ask for something else they can never seem to get my order right. I will not return to this store again. Don't waste your time. If you want Panera bread visit another one.
