Even though we normally get good service, they went above the normal to insure we had a good experience.
The kiddie cocktail was wrong twice and just did not bother for a third time.
Just want to get paid.
Good clean place. Good menu. Good food. Friendly staff.
Today I ordered the salad bar with grilled salmon as my entree and my Salmon was over cooked. The Manager, named Todd, saw the expression on my face, before i even mention it , he came over by asked if everything was all right, to which I replied my Salmon was over cooked.
Salad bar was good.

He immediately apologized, took the Salmon advised he would insure that I received another piece. He updated me on the status of my Salmon and when our waitress brought the fresh piece out, the manager came by to insure that it met my expectation.
Men's was as well.
Good was ok but not what you expect for the money.
My husband and I go here regularly. We love the salad bar and the service is always good.
I ordered Bourbon chicken this evening and was very displeased. The chicken was so tough that I had to practically saw it to cut it. I mentioned this to our server and he took it back to the kitchen to get me a "fresh one". The next one was tender but I don't remember ordering any hair with it. There was a long blond hair laying right across it. It was not meant to be for me to have this meal tonight.
Odor like a moldy.
We have gone to other Ruby Tuesday's and the service has been ok.
Aske for pink steak just a little. Got red.

We got the 13.99 special which included the garden salad an entree and a dessert. My steak was cooked perfectly medium. The dessert was a large portion for a special item. Our server Kat, was attentive, informative, and took great care of us. We also overheard a table who had a steak overcooked a bit. Kat and the manager handled it so professionally and the customer was pleasantly satisfied. GOOD JOB!
