I'm editing my review. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The truck we rented seemed clean but when we were packing it up for our trip there was trash under the seats. They do not inspect the vehicles, I left my ezpass on the dashboard & they somehow missed that. My boyfriend left his Oakley sunglasses in a compartment, kind of understand that miss. Can't really blame the staff because they did try to contact the person with the vehicle, but they should have checked and cleaned better before renting it out. I'd rent again, but pretty upset that we never got the glasses or ezpass back.
Great service picked me up at the car shop then got a new very clean car. Same thing when the car was done. Nice people seem to know what they were doing. ..
I highly recommend this location. Customer service is excellent. Rented for over two weeks until we were able to purchase another vehicle to replace one that was totalled. Experience was so awesome we ended up purchasing a used vehicle 2016 Ford Focus from Enterprise Sales in Camp Springs location. Our salesman was Kevin Moore. Kevin made the process so much easier on us by taking care of concerns with our gap coverage on prior vehicle. Our overall experience with Enterprise was awesome, stress relieving, and extremely satisfying.
Every time I rent from here it's always excellent service. If they don't have the car I reserved they always hook me up with something else. Many times my day has been made getting to drive a truck. My last rental was a crossover, instead of a small car. As I drive a 94 ranger I am in the market for a new vehicle, I get to experience different cars.
My personal experience with ERAC was AWESOME.. the guys there were so helpful nice and truly made my visit there one of my best rental experience ever. Thanks Guys, I will definitely return.
