This place is great. Always well staffed. Last time I went I got the $19 wash because my kids enjoy the lights in the tunnel. For such an expensive wash, I thought it was finished very quickly. I wondered if the expensive wash was worth it.
Does a great job cleaning your vehicle. Staff very friendly and go out if their way to keep you happy.
Very good at cleaning your car but not full service. With that being said you can still vacuum your car for free. That a major selling point along with the fairly good price. The one thing I would say is that you should make sure there is space between your car and the car in front of you because otherwise the final drying brushes may totally bypass your car.
The staff is always very friendly to help when you pull up. We go there quite often and the couple times the wash has been down or had a problem they've been very generous in giving out full service rain checks at no charge. They're usually pretty quick to get you through also. The large number of vacuum stations afterward is a huge plus. I'm docking 1 star because sometimes the rinse doesn't always get all the soap out of crevices (sedan and small SUV both) and the wash too frequently shuts off in the middle of a run (usually just 10-20 seconds). I think it happens because people don't know how to wait at the end until they're supposed to pull away out of the conveyor and they trigger it to shut off but I'm not positive. It's still annoying when it happens and stops the wash in the middle of your run. It seems to start back up easily and again, the pause isn't too long when it happens but it does happen quite often. I also think the pre-power wash at the beginning could be a little more thorough...sometimes they miss little spots but it's not a big deal. Prices seem pretty descent and overall it gets the job done. I've had better experience here than the one north of Prince Frederick by Plum Pt. road.
First drive through car wash I can say car looked great when it came out. Wished they vacuumed the interior and did Windows on the interior.
