Dr B is excellent but the partial I got was not very good. After tèeth came off or broke 5 different times in 2 and a half years I requested that they send them back to their lab to get them fixed properly. I thought that was a reasonable request as did the tech. Then came the news that I would have to pay for the repair which I don't think is right since the product was and is obviously not a quality product.

Tidewater in PF make you feel right at home. The whole staff is sweet and friendly. Make you just want to show a smile.

They are all about gouging those who don't have insurance and give insurance customers a lower rate on work performed.

Also, extremely difficult to understand some of the employees due to very strong accents.

It depends who you get. Dr. Betaharon: yes. I had a filling come out that was on a gumline and went in to get it filled. He said that it looked fine as long as it was kept clean, etc. and that he would have to take off more tooth before putting more resin on, which he didn't want to do. It's a good sign when a dentist actually recommends against work that could be done. Dr. Chapman, however, NO. He did a filling, and during the course of it he didn't check the tooth with the pick one time. Not once. The idea with fillings is to drill as little tooth as necessary. And to gauge whether more is needed, dentists use the pick; to see if it's ready. Dr. Chapman doesn't. He just drilled and slapped the resin in there. The filling is still sensitive eight months later and I have to suspect and assume that he drilled more than needed, nearly to the nerve. For the hygeneists: Karen: NO. Don't get her if you can help it. I just left after a deep cleaning and she was in an all fire, which way do I run, hurry. I almost said something along the lines of "if you don't have time for this I will come back another time." It was obvious in the way she did the novacaine (it hurt, she didn't wait one minute after the topical gel application for it to start working, and my face is now still numb up to and including my lower eyelid) and her all fire rush was patently clear when I asked a question and she consulted charts, and then said the dentists had recommended this and that at a previous visit. I said it must be someone else's chart she was reading. Yea, it was. She could barely keep from running, and she did the dental equivalent of running in my mouth. Don't get Karen. Barbara: Yes. She did the deep cleaning on the other side last week and there was none of what I got this week. Get Barbara or Dr. Betaharon and you are good. I would never get the others again. If I ever go again I will make the appointment with one of those two or I won't be going at all.

No compassion, all about the money!

DO NOT USE!!!!

I had the best experience at the dentist. The enviroment was so comfortable. All the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. Listened to my needs and provided a treatment plan the was suitable for me. Would recommend this establishment to anyone.

If you don't have insurance and are paying cash at time of service, they are going to charge you the highest amount possible.
