I’m reviewing the Prince Frederick location. Gym always has something that is out of order. Men’s room usually has a puddle of water on the floor. Toilet handles are broken, have been for months. No shower towels or small towels available. I don’t understand paying a monthly fee for things to not be fixed correctly. The dumbbells smell like a dead animal. Staff seems okay, the young guy who works there works his ass off.
Coming from DC , I never expected such a modern facility in the middle of southern maryland.., service is great and people are very courteous. .
My grandmother's dial up modem is faster than their wifi.
I love the instructors, they're friendly and kind enough to make the extra steps to help out.
Great gym to work out. Good equipment and large space to do any workout.
