Worst customer service experience I have ever had. First my ring was supposed to be done in 4 days then it turned into 10 days and now it's been 2 weeks of playing this game with them. Not to mention the fact that they tell you they will call you back the next day with some answers and they completely forget to call so you have to call and figure out why the ring isn't done yet.
