Had to call 4 times, make 3 trips to the store, and have people in the pharmacy tell me they didn't receive my prescription for my antibiotic, when in fact, my doctor sent it 3 separate times. On the last call, I was told they didn't have it. I was placed on a 14 minute hold just to hang up and call back and have someone tell me they "just got it" after TWO DAYS. They assured me it would be ready in an hour. I have them two and a half before coming to the store and they STILL HADNT FILLED MY PRESCRIPTION. NEVER COMING TO FILL A PRESCRIPTION AT THIS PHARMACY AGAIN. Much needed antibiotic pushed off for two days and unprofessional, unapologetic attitudes from staff? Deeply disappointed in this location's pharmacy department.
