The technicians (Danny and Joseph) were right on time, did a great job and the price was reasonable for the work that was done. Danny was well-educated in his field and explained what all he was doing as he was doing it. They made the process simple and convenient, and I would definitely recommend using them in the future :)
The visit from Chesapeake Chimney was professional, thorough and quite informative. Having bought an old house, we had a lot of misgivings and questions about both our regular fireplace and propane unit. The crew was very knowledgeable, polite in answering our questions and when they left, we had a working propane and regular unit. We will definitely use them again.

We worked with Mark and Julie a few years ago to re-work our chimneys. We knew at some point we would want to replace our wood stove in the basement and that time came this year. After researching too much, my wife and I walked into their storefront, and ran into Mark himself. The man is like a walking book of chimney information, I swear. Within 10 minutes we received more information from Mark than we had managed to read...anyways, long story short we purchased and had Mark install a new wood burning insert. It's beautiful, works ridiculously well, and has helped to offset our energy use. He was in and out rather quickly and made sure not to make a mess. We are very happy with our purchase, and the company!
