Every time I’ve gone there everyone is really nice and Pleasant. They try and get you in and out as fast as possible. I really like that there open on the weekend for those people that work and only have the weekend. I will continue to use American Radiology for all my medical x-rays and testing that the do. My husband Raymond Fowler, Sr. had a PET/CT scan today. He was very impressed by the 2 employees he came in contact with. The lady at the front desk & the tech that performed the test. The tech explained everything to my husband. My husband had no idea what to expect and so was a little apprehensive.
First appointment of the day...got in quickly and out in no time. The staff is very polite and friendly. Answered all of my questions with explanations (we don't see that often anymore in the current age of technology where see our website is often the answer we get.). Excellent Service from scheduling the appointment to leaving with a disc in hand for my Doctor's appointment tomorrow!!! Could not have asked for better or more!!! Thank you American Radiology for making this a great experience!
Very quick and thorough series of tests. The staff from the front desk to the x-ray unit couldn't have been more professional. While I did not go voluntarily I will use their services again, if need be.
