Very difficult to set up an appointment for chronic chest pains. Lady at front desk was very rude and didn't even give me the appointment! Doctors don't seem to be concerned about issues and just try to get through their patients fast.
Dr. Brooks is a greedy, coldhearted person who does not care at all about the patients. Basically told me screw you since my balance wasn't up to date (which I paid fully over the phone) and I had not been able to see another doctor yet and was about to run out of my anti-depressant, so he would not even give me a one month prescription to hold me over until I found another doctor. Anyone who knows about SSRI's knows how dangerous it is, not only for the patient, but for those around the patient, if I were to just stop taking the medication. Find another practice.
