Other Abbey locations have received poor reviews, so I thought it important to write up my positive experience with the Prince Frederick location. We worked with Denise, who helped us stay under budget while still getting the basic features we needed. The installers are permanent employees of the store, very prompt, very polite, and very hard working fellows. I am more than satisfied with the service, the product, and the work. An unqualified recommendation for the Prince Frederick location.
Abbey Carpet did a superb job. We had our basement finished and Abbey Carpet did our bathroom ceramic floor, the entire basement flooring with trim work, and bar counter tops. Affordable pricing, and I must say Denise was "PHENOMENAL". She worked around our busy schedule with very short to no notice. I have nothing to say but good things about Abbey Carpet you can't go wrong with this company. Great customer service!!
WOW. What a wonderful crew, start to finish! We had originally gone to Lowe's for carpet, but after about 10 hiccups along the way we cancelled our installation and called Abbey Carpet, a local business, for help. Denise was friendly from the get-go over the phone and provided truly caring and considerate help! Dave, the installer, was not only curteous and polite but installed carpet and padding in just a couple hours in our bedrooms. He even improved the layout and managed to somehow lay down the carpet with just ONE seam! (The original Lowe's plan called for 5 seams). I truly wish we started with Abbey Carpet from the start. When we move into our new house in a month or so, you can bet every penny you have that we'll be using Abbey Carpet ONLY!
