I am very pleased with my Haman stove. It has a beautiful fire, and is easy to maintain, and very efficient. The reverse air flow on the window keeps the glass much cleaner than my old pellet stove and easy to clean. It heated my house just as I expected and with the thermostat maintaining an even temperature, I was able to burn pellets early in the fall and late in the spring, resulting in very little oil burning.

100% completely satisfied!!!! We have had excellent customer service as soon as we began investigating contractors to replace our fireplace. Ms. Gloria Lotter was extremely helpful getting the information needed to make our decision. She continued to follow up to make sure the process was going as planned. We also had great experience with Mr. Kurt Evers coming to our home to inspect our original fireplace and giving us information we needed to help in our decision. We have had our new fireplace installed and cannot be more pleased with the installation and great customer relations from Mr. Evers and his apprentice. We were given hands on instruction on our new fireplace and Mr. Evers made sure we didn't need anything else before he left our residence. We would strongly recommend this company to any individual needing a new fireplace or service on their current fireplace.
We used superior to replace a non functional fireplace insert and install a second freestanding stove. In addition, they ran gas lines for the new stove and a hookup to my grill. Their service was simply amazing. They showed up on time and were very flexible and accommodating, and they took care of all the permit work wit the county. I highly recommend them for any fireplace or propane work.
I have also ordered pellets from Superior. They had the best price for the pellets that I was looking for and were on sale during the summer. They do have a delivery service option available that was far more affordable than other retailers.
Recently we had a pellet stove installed by Superior Fireplace and Garage Door. They were wonderful to work with as this was a big expense for us. They helped direct us to a model and install that worked with our budget and went above and beyond what we expected. We researched and visited different companies in the Southern Maryland area and Superior was the most reasonable as far as pricing for both the stove and the installation. The staff helped us by telling us how to take advantage of a coupon from the manufacturer as well as a grant refund for the model we purchased. The install went smoothly and the men who worked in our home were professional and cleaned up very well. Afterward installation was complete, they showed us how to use our new pellet stove. I purchased a Harman P 43 pellet Stove in the summer of 2016. I was very pleased with the professional installation and the friendly helpful service. I had a minor problem with the thermostat and the owner immediately responded to my questions and solved my problem. They also did a great job cleaning the stove and showed me how to clean it myself in the future if I so desired.
