Was not happy today.....put 4 $in big dryer and it did not dry one piece of clothing!!!! Was here on Saturday and put 2 loads of darks that had 4 pairs of jeans in them and they dried in same amount of time....
Very dependable and trustworthy. Never had a problem in 12 years!
This place destroyed my evening gown! They called to tell me that the black bled into the white. I'm like, what the hell kind of solution are ya'll using! So I told them they better fix it! So without my permission, they took the dress apart to fix the white part of the dress. The dress is now a hot mess because she didn't put it back together right. Last time I checked, Ralph Lauren didn't work at that cleaners! I am very upset and will demand compensation for my gown today even if I have to obtain a lawyer.
They did a great job on an alteration of one of my sports coats.
Find another cleaners...don't bother with this one!
