Unreliable! Don't waste your time! Tons of broken promises and each time, the appointment time got pushed back. I took an afternoon off to wait for them too. Ended up renting a machine for $50 and did it myself. They would have charged $320 for the same cleaning. Rated one star because I can't rate a zero.
