So do not expect this to be a fast food experience. Now compared to other KFCs that I've been to this is not the worst. They did get the order correct and after the order was placed the food was ready somewhat timely. Now the rub is the time to take the order was a bit long. I will say that the staff is friendly if not a bit understaffed by 1 to 2 members. The restrooms from my wife's view needs a bit of attention. So if you a woman work on your leg muscles before using this ladies room. Overall not the best but not the worst.
This KFC is sub-par. They gave me cold dried up chicken and fries and hard biscuits.
I live 20 minutes away and cannot drive back.
Need to shut this place down!
The corn is over cooked , shriveled up and brown.
If I could give this particular KFC a big fat ZERO, I definitely would. My last few visits have been horrible. From having absolutely no white meat to waiting by yourself (no other customers in store or drive thru) in the drive thru for 25 minutes, this place has issues. The staff is very neglectful and rude, plus their conversation topics in front of customers are disgusting. When addressing a customer you should never use street slang especially when your a manager. I will never set foot in this KFC ever again and will very much, miss the chicken:(
They can never get and order right. They just do not listen or care about fulfilling orders correctly, or timely.
They made me wait 5 minutes for fresh biscuits - they gave me one fresh biscuit and three rock hard ones.
BIG FAT ZERO In my book! Second time in the past two months and still can’t get an order correct! I asked for coleslaw and mashed potatoes with a biscuit and didn’t get any of that instead I got fries? How does someone mix that up?!?! Needs better training and staff! Never going to that location ever again!
