They never answer the phones, they expect you to wait all day to be seen and instead of trying to help with your problem they pretty much told me there's nothing else they can do oh and if you accept medication from a hospital because they can't see you they'll threaten to discharge you. So I got my lawyer involved and I'm looking for somewhere else to go because this place is a joke!!!
This doctor is no good and has faulty drug testing. I went to him for pain management and and knowingly submitted to a drug test and he sent a letter to my doctor telling based on my toxicology screen I will not be receiving treatment. Worse off is that I don't do drugs except for percocet so whatever they have must have been over the counter. I am livid and trying to find what I can do about this cause now my doctor since 2004 won't see me anymore.
Dr Ferrarro and his staff are wonderful and I see him every 3 months for injections in my SI JOINTS.
I am really upset that being accused of not taking my prescribed medication. He did 2 drug test came back negative he said and he will no longer taking mr as his patient, I dare him to take a blood work he told me that, it is not necessary for him to do that. I have been taking these meds. for 5months non-stop. And help me a lot with my symptoms. Now I am going to prove him that he is wrong. He even prescribed me thebfirst time a wrong medication and if he really doesn't trust me with my intake why did he even prescribed me with my second visit and he asked for a urine test later after he gave me the prescription and I was willing to do any type of test and didn't even hesitate because there is nothing for me to hide. I just think that it is stupid that I can't do the blood work instead the urine test. Bloood work is more accurate than urine test!!! Make sure you guys take second opinion when he put you a wrong accusation. Especially if you know you are truly taking your med. because I am 100% of that and I can even swear to my own children and God that I am taking all my medication from the beginning of the injury and prescribed medication.
The only thing that helped me was they did get my meds at the right level before was told I could never come back ! All because I didn't sit in office all day waiting for my prescription when I had asked over an ever what was going on I had another appointment for x.ray that they had set up, so I told nurse I would come back or they could call when it was ready and instead Dr ferro called and told me I was no loner a loud to come for treatment I was very upset and he didn't care he told me it was no longer his problem!
