The docs are average. Nothing special as far as customer service. The "receptionists" are some of the rudest I've seen. They act like you're bothering them. They're blah expressions are not what a customer should see when they come through the door. This place needs to learn a bit more about customer service.
Not very considerate of their patients time. My Dad had a 10 a.m. appointment...it's now 12:08 p.m. and in walks the doctor. No apologies. Unfortunately. This seems to be the norm.
Every person I feel spoken to recommended Dr. Wanner for treatment of my glaucoma and cataracts. I have no complaints at all. A previous review mentioned Maryland Eye Assoc. not being concerned about the patients time. I find that's the case with most, if not all, doctors in So. MD. Many things cause these problems, overbooking, emergencies, extra time with an earlier patient, and on and on. I consider the care given and the professionalism of the Dr. to rate him/her. Dr. Wanner deserves my highest rating.
