My boyfriend and I went into this location to purchase a new mattress. We worked with Mike, the store manager. He was fantastic at listening to what we wanted and needed, didn't push us into something more than we could afford and accommodated our busy schedules. I felt respected and informed while making my purchase. He did everything in his power to get us the bed that we desired at a price that worked for us! I had to call the store a few times and every time, Angela answered the phone. She was also professional, respectful and understanding, my messages were promptly delivered to Mike each time I called! My bed was delivered the next day (on a Sunday) which we were shocked and pleased about. The delivery team was on time and accommodating to our needs! I will definitely be back for any future purchases and will recommend this store to everyone! Also, the first night in our new bed was the best sleep we have had in years! We truly can't thank you all enough, Mike and the entire Mattress Firm team!
