Everything was great except for check in. We arrived just before 3pm check-in time and our room wasn't ready. We couldn't check in until 345pm. We had a wedding to get to at 5pm. So this made things tight for us.
Having said that, Iris, who makes breakfast, is absolutely wonderful!!! Each morning she helped ease me into the day (after no sleep) with her fabulous smile and generous attitude. Wish I could have taken her home with me!!!
Very nice, comfortable and roomy room. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Beds we're very comfortable and rooms well maintained and clean. Breakfast was good with a larger selection. Be careful of the bathroom door. In my room, there was a 4" indentation in the wall where the door goes into, if you hold onto the door it's self to open fully, your fingers will get pinched between the door and wall.
A typical hotel. The front desk staff was great. But, they had construction going on and could have warned us. 8am wake up call of construction work on Saturday morning in after a wedding was not awesome.
Had some guys working in the area, along with me. We had a couple different choices, and after staying a few days, this is what I can tell you. Great location, great breakfast, clean comfortable room. Excellent staff... Not sure what else you would be looking for. Will definitely be back next time the company is in the area.
Did not have a good night's sleep all week due to some (long-term) guest noise. Although I complained to the front desk, each night I had to deal with it (well, until last night when my neighbors were arrested at 1am).
