My husband and I came to get a new mattress and Tim Smith was more than helpful and informative. We got a great deal and even extra discounts after the store specials. Only con to the entire experience was the quoted delivery date was not available after we were initially told it could be delivered next day. Overall great experience and top notch customer service! An excellent experience all around! Tim Smith was very personable and patiently listened to all of our needs and wants. Tim never tried to "sell" us a mattress but made excellent suggestions and explained how different features and mattress construction might be best for us. The mattress turned out to be a perfect choice. Delivery was great also.
Just bought our very first mattress. We had no idea what we were looking for. Keith Herring was great! He helped us find exactly what we were looking for without any pressure. He was very kind, perfesional and helpful. I'd recommend this store and Keith to anyone looking for a new mattress. We will be coming here for future beds.
Great price and Keith was awesome to work with. The delivery folks were impressive. Fast, friendly and very professional. I also like the delivery tracker. You can track your delivery to within an hour. I highly recommend Mattress Firm.
Update:. While in the store it was continuously said, "120 nights to figure if the bed matches you!". Yeah! Uh........Nope. Same bed in a medium instead of a firm and it was over $500 more. Same. Bed. Had I known, we would not have bought the bed the same day. Very disappointed.
