I bought my Highlander here a few years ago after having a dreadful experience searching at another dealership. All of my service has been done here and they do a great job not only working on the car but communicating with me about the progress of the service. Today I needed emergency service and they squeezed me into the very busy holiday schedule. When I was unable to get a rental car for the day, the technician Bruce agreed to stay late to get me back on the road. I can't say enough about this dealership and its employees.
