This was my first experience with a dealership and can I tell you, this was the best experience ever!!! I met with Jim Butler and he treated me as if I was the most important person in the place. He encouraged me that I would be driving off the lot with a car that day! It was a rainy day but he took me on a test drive with 3 different cars. He was so positive that I was going to get a car that he took my confidence that I walked in with and boosted it to the next level!! He was easy to talk to, funny and very down to earth as he explained the process to me! Once we picked a car it was off to finance department and can I tell you that Allen Troska was amazing!! He kept tapping those keys and making faces at the computer(lol) until it came up with a payment that I was happy with. He helped me understand the insurance process when I made the calls. He explained each paper I was signing before I signed it!. He showed me respect and didn't get frustrated when I told him what I could and couldn't do! I drove off the lot in MY VERY OWN CAR!!
The sales team at this dealership was amazing. I had been bombarded with several dealerships trying to gain my business on a new Ram truck. Most would call or email wanting me to come into the dealership so they could help me "find" the truck I wanted when I told them they didn't have it in their lot inventory. Why waste a trip into a dealership when inventories can be reviewed online quite easily from the main Ram website. Kaitlyn, the Internet Sales Assistant was incredible at being willing to engage and discuss my needs and wants in a Ram so she could find one since they didn't have what I wanted on their lot. She never once asked me to come into the dealership. I saved a lot of time and was able to even secure financing all via email with her. I went in once. To finalized the transaction and pick up my new truck! I would definitely recommend the sales department of this dealership.
I took a truck to be inspected. I ciuld not have been treated any better. Everyone was wonderful.

It’s hard for me to say a negative word about this dealership, but there is a certain level of trust that comes with leaving your vehicle at any service station. They completely violated that trust. This could have become a bigger issue. I’m glad it didn’t.
Other than that the staff in service department of friendly and courteous.
I was very pleased with the service I received here. I would purchase another car here anytime. The service dept was also excellent .
Had my oil changed yesterday. Back today for a check engine light. Before leaving home checked oils only to find oil cap left off. The check engine code was low crank case pressure sensor.
