Back story, I purchased my Mustang in April 2017 from a local car lot, not the Ford dealer. I knew the Mustang had aftermarket wheels, but they appeared to have regular lug nuts, nothing special. On December 5, 2017 I took my Mustang to Prince Frederick Ford to have the brakes serviced. I left the car and went to work. A short time later, Ms. Natalie Dickinson, my service advisor, called inquiring about the keys for the wheel locks. I did not know there were locks on the wheels. Ford employees searched my car and could not find the key. At that point I thought Ms. Dickinson would tell me to come get the car and go somewhere else. Instead, she got my permission to have a mechanic take my car to local car accessory stores to attempt to obtain a key. I gave permission, the mechanic was able to obtain a key and continue working on my car.

Very friendly and go out of the way to help you. A pleasant surprise to find such personal service unlike the horrid Ford dealership in Annapolis. This is definitely worth the time to get your vehicle taken care of with the staff and the technicians there at the facility

I went to PF Ford not knowing which vehicle I wanted. Greg and Gerald were very helpful and patient with me showing me several different vehicles. They were able to answer every question I had. The entire staff was extremely professional yet made me feel as if I had known them forever. I did purchase a new F 250 super duty. It was a pleasant experience from the beginning to end. They took the time to go over the entire truck with my husband and I to make sure we knew how to use everything on the truck. I also took my father there who is 82 about 8 months ago who purchased a truck also. I will not hesitate to return for any further vehicles we may need.

The Mustang needed a total brake rebuild, rotors and pads front and rear. They were really in bad shape, the rear brakes were actually "put together wrong" and were not functioning.

A search for correct wheel spacers began. Two local parts stores did not have the correct spacer. At that point, another Ford employee remarked that he had a bunch of Mustang wheel spacers at his house, and volunteered to go home, get them, and see if they would work on my car. This employee did have the correct spacers, my Mustang was repaired and is now a safe car to drive.

The mechanic replaced all brake components and put the wheels back on the car. Surprisingly, the car would not move; the wheels were locked. The new rotors and new pads were thick, the aftermarket wheels were too shallow to allow the wheels to turn. I now wonder what the previous owner did to make the wheels turn!! Again, Ms. Dickinson could have told me too bad, pay up, and move on. Instead, the mechanic new a device called a wheel spacer would allow enough clearance between the wheel and brake components to allow the car to move.

Even still we will return to the Prince Frederick Ford location for scheduled maintenance and any warranty items we may have issues with.

I made my appointment through the website and received a reply within 24 hours. The scheduling process was prompt and thorough which was a relief. We had "the works" service accomplished as well as the scheduled maintenance and pricing was great. The only reason that I left one star out is due to the seeming lack of interest in "issues they couldn't reproduce", meaning I reported some issues but since they couldn't see it happen it was pretty much dismissed.

Thanks to Ms. Dickinson, the mechanic, and other employee for making sure my car was repaired and safe. As mentioned, there was several times when a lesser should would have given the car back unrepaired. Everything worked to my advantage, for which I am grateful.

Look for service elsewhere. The service staff is incompetent, the workmanship of the service technicians is inadequate, and service manager is unhelpful. After making an appointment a week and a half in advance, my 2016 Expedition sat in the parking lot for a week before it was even looked at. After not hearing from the dealership for three days, I called to find out when my vehicle was going to be done only to find out it was put on the back burner. I finally received my vehicle back after eleven days at the dealership (only 3 days of actual work). I immediately noticed a gear oil odor when I was near the rear of the vehicle. After a few days of smelling the gear oil odor I pulled the vehicle into my garage to investigate only to find the repair done by the dealership was leaking oil. Back to the dealership my vehicle went. By far the worst service experience I have had to date.
