Disgusting. Beware. Stay away at all costs. To say this place is horrible is to say nothing. I wish I took my business some place else. I bought a brand new $40,000 truck and transmission broke down the very next day. The truck only has around 50 miles on it. I took it back to the service department and it's been there ever since. They called me with an update on the status of my truck only after i sent an email to the "executive" manager (not really sure what he manages over there). The update they gave me was that they had no idea what was wrong with the truck; even though, it's been at the shop for over two days. I am yet to hear anything from the dealership on the "lemon" they sold me. If you value your hard earned money, stay away and take your business elsewhere!!!!
This is the first hiccup from Weingardner I have experienced so hopefully its the last.
Many service departments get bad grades, because a lack of attention/detail unknown to the paying/trusting customer. The service manager located a tire for me within a few hours and a new tire was installed (extra expense I wasn't expecting)
Had a tire rotation service and oil change done.
Chris, Frank and Jason did a fantastic job of listening to my needs. They had the truck ready out front for me to look at after driving an hour and 45 minutes from Stafford VA. Chris answered all of my questions. He was professional, respectful of my time. The entire team made my purchase enjoyable, easy and painless. When I returned the next day to close the deal my vehicle was ready, cleaned, tank full and Chris assisted me in getting my personal belongings from my other vehicle. I will definitely return to this dealership when I need to purchase another truck!
Had a great experience, they were so helpful with my mom when she purchased her new Buick enclave. They did not have the exact one in stock she wanted, color interior and trim package but McDaniel drove down to southern Virginia that day and picked up exactly what she wanted and had it ready the next morning for her. Great group of guys to work with, from the sales guy McDaniel Stepney to the finance guy, Jason. Would recommend 100% if looking for a GMC or Buick
When the car was returned and ready for pick up, my eye caught a screw sticking out of the left tire. I reported it to the service manager.
Its disappointing to get an inspection sheet that stated the tires have been checked and inspected when obviously the tire had NOT been inspected and was visually missed while taking off the tire.
In the 3 times I've taken my vehicle to get an oil change and tires rotated, each and EVERY TIME something new has went wrong with my vehicle within the next few hours. The first time my headlight just "happened" to blow while they were "checking" it. (BTW they wanted $400 to replace it) Unfortunately it took me 3 visits to realize that there's no reason a vehicle that is only 3 years old should have all these issues that just so happened to NOT be covered under warranty.
