First time at Kelly Nails in Prince Frederick and I am very pleased. Helen was amazing. She paid attention to detail, fast, and very professional. I will be coming to her from now on!!
The customer service is TERRIBLE. For one when I came inside the shop and showed a picture to them to see if they could do my nails that way she said no. I picked out 2 regular solid colors , she still attempted to do my nails the way she said she could not . For a gel REFILL she charged me 52 dollars ! None of my nails are the same shape or length , she messed up & kept just trying to put more coats of colors on them so my nails are lumpy when I called her to complain 15 mins after I left the shop she told me she thinks I just couldn't afford it that's why I want my money back. Then proceeded to tell me I have to call the police to get my money back, I told her I would & I was coming when I got there she was gone & closed the entire shop. I went the next day she was stopping doing other clients nails to come yell at me. She continued to yell at me while she taking another clients payment, it got so bad a customer said that she was being unprofessional & that my nails were not up to par & she was leaving. Moral of the story is I would not recommend going here!
We have been coming to Kelly Nails for YEARS & have nothing but excellent, courteous customer attention! This is the BEST salon in Calvert County! The "1 Stars" in the reviews were written by a couple of scammers trying to get freebies by calling the shop "racist & rude"!!!
Best nail salon and service. Family owned and operated. Beautiful nails. Been going for 7 years and every once in awhile I have to go somewhere else and I am always disappointed with other salons.
