I was overcharged and my pedicure polish starting peeling the next day. However, that was minor compared to how they treated me when I asked them to repaint my nails. I should have demanded all of my money back. Or better yet, I should have just walked away. I didn’t want to deal with the negativity. It was not worth the feelings she provoked. But my finance insisted that they do the right thing. Not only was she rude and disrespectful, she handled me roughly to make me feel her undeserved anger. And she smeared the nail polish all over my feet. When she felt as if she was done, she loudly proclaimed, “you are done, leave now”. She then dismissed me with a wave of her hands. Not once did I raise my voice. I even said “thank you” when she was done.
Rude, Disrespectful and Dishonest
So, tired as hell, I went in on Tuesday after work. And that’s when I realized what a kind of people ran that shop. They accused me of sabotaging my own nails on my right foot. Just ridiculous. Sad. I gave them a good chunk of my money and they screwed me over. I work hard for my money. They certainly didn’t deserve any of it.
I love this place! The owner is such a sweet lady and does excellent work! I wish I knew about them months ago!
I went there to get a full set my nail broke the next day. This was my second time going. The first time they did better when you get your nails done just be sure to ask the woman to do it and to get them thick so it won't break. They weren't rude at all. Full set was only 25$ good service though.
Sonny was so gentle and caring when he did my toes !!
I tried out a new nail salon in preparation for a weekend getaway. When I first walked in, the two ladies were kind. When one offered me a more expensive service for only $2 more and I accepted, she was kind. She was so extremely sweet and kind that I gave her a 25% tip. (Then I walked out and saw a sale sign hanging over the awning -- my services should have been at least $10 cheaper, I didn’t even go back in. I chalked that up as “my bad”.) However, the next morning when I got to work, I looked down and the polish on my big toe had started to peel. I showed my co-worker. By the end of the day, the other nails started to peel. We all had a good laugh. Since I was going out of town the next morning, I didn’t have a chance to go back to the salon that day. Instead, I called and told them what was happening. I even took a picture of my toes. She said that I would have to come in.
small nail shop. great service. only 2 workers though so you might have to wait a while to get yourself done. its also next to Ledos which has good food.
