Worst manicure I've ever gotten. Even asked for some things to be fixed but they still look horrible. I left there just to go have them redone somewhere else. For my pedicure and manicure "massages" she only did one of my feet and one hand, and barely did anything. What a waste of money.

Dalina, you do the great job. I love you hehehe...

Great shop -- comfortable and clean. Nick is my favorite nail technician. Everyone is friendly and professional. A little more expensive than other nail salons in the area.

I’ve been going here for years and never had a problem until my last 2 visits. I went in asking for a manicure and a full set. I reiterated numerous times how I wanted a manicure to clean up my cuticles so my nails would grow. Needless to say I never received a manicure and the full set they put on my nails were not the right size so my nails looked like I had bubbles on the tips of my fingers. When he asked how long I wanted them I told him fairly short because I work out a lot and when they’re long they get caught on a lot of equipment. He said they would look terrible short and that the length he had them at is good and he made them the length he wanted which was fairly long and I wondered why he even asked me. I know the usual price for tips is about $40-$60 and since he insisted on putting shellac on top it would be a little pricey and it definitely was. I paid $65 and was extremely excited to finally be able to change them once I waited a couple weeks because they didn’t look any better as they grew out. I went back and ended up with the same technician. I figured I’d give him another try and that was a mistake. This time I got the SNS. I was super excited because my nails were long enough to look decent with the SNS and I was more than ready for that manicure for my cuticles. Unfortunately he kept saying how bad my nails looked because they were so short and was extremely confused at the SNS process. This worried me because their salon has offered SNS since it was introduced years ago even though it’s becoming more popular now. I once again didn’t receive the manicure I kept asking for even though he said yes and insisted on putting shellac on top of the SNS. This is not supposed to be done because the SNS is strong enough on its own, it never chips and has its own brand specific process that helps ensure the best quality. I had to tell him 7 times that I did not want the shellac on top and he finally listened. When I normally get SNS at salons closer to my college without a student discount it’s usually around $30 with a manicure and this one was $60 and I didn’t receive a manicure. It cost the same for SNS as it did for a full set, this was very disappointing to me. The SNS is supposed to be light weight and thinner to look more like your real nail. When I left they once again looked extremely fake and like I had bubbles on my fingers and this time I couldn’t blame it on the fact they were fake tips. I suggest sticking with one of the women, Nick or Ben because I have never had a problem with those technicians. I probably won’t be back because I’m nervous every time I walk in there hoping that they’re gonna look okay this time and they haven’t.

They made my cuticles bleed. Because they cut in too far. Don't go here unless you like your nail beds bloody lol.
